A Note on Back-Side Printing

Every lighter ships with a federal warning label affixed to the back, which will cover part of the back-side artwork. Most customers simply peel the label off by hand once the product is in hand, but it's worth factoring into your back-side design.

Quality Printing Guidelines

To make sure your artwork prints cleanly every time, all designs must meet these minimums:

Font Size

6pt minimum — anything smaller risks gapping or bleeding.

Line Thickness

0.5pt minimum — thinner lines can blur or print thicker than expected.

Negative Space

0.7pt minimum between printed areas — tighter spacing can fill in during printing.

Print Colors

Up to 4 colors per side.
